Paxton!!!

Paxton is a sweet, gorgeous, energetic, playful, muscular and loyal, two-year-old, 53-pound, male, fawn and white Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier-mix with a velvety fur coat looking for a loving guardian. Paxton has adorable expressive eyes and ears and loves to play with balls and toys. He loves people, going for walks and car rides. He does not jump up when excited, nor does he go on the furniture. He is calm and patient at dinner time too and takes treats very gently. He has been through extensive training. He is already housebroken, crate-trained, knows sit and down and would love to continue training with his new family. He is so proud to show off what he knows! No one knows what Paxton's early life was like ... but we can only just imagine. He was found tied to railroad tracks in Waukegan, Illinois, and rescued right in the nick of time. Paxton would love to be an only dog to lavish in all your love and attention but he will possibly do just fine with a very low key older dog too. His play style can be a bit over-the-top and some dogs just do not care for that much exuberance! Paxton is healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, de-wormed and heartworm-tested.
